    We bought th8s for our Grandson, who lives it. It is sturdy and well made. Even space for a hidden den underneath.

    Assembly quite lengthy and best to have two pairs of hands to put it together if possible! My husband had to do it on his is own and it took the best part of a day. But the bed is very good and our daughter loves it!

    Great value for money. Has all the storage we’d want for our growing child, and he loves it! Only gripe is the chest of drawers don’t have smooth runners, so take a bit of effort to open, but nothing major.

    Lovely bed. Looks beautiful in bedroom. Is a little creaky as mentioned by others, but think this is pretty standard for this type of bed. It does take about 6 hours to put together, although we purchased 2 beds so it felt like forever!!! Needs a few improvements as little details not quite up to scratch such ad the handled on the drawers which we have gad to glue to secure as the keep falling off! Daughters love their new beds and couldn’t be happier, so that’s a win in our eyes.

    For starters it’s far from white, I’m not sure why they would advertise it as so. It’s cream, luckily for us cream works better with the other furniture but why advertise it as white they must have loads retuned if people want white very odd. The bed frame as a seperate item to build and quality is good. The draws aren’t great, the pull out desk is worse, the end shelves are what they are but these bolt on items aren’t great quality and you need to be very Ginger building them or you’ll find cracks in panels appearing. Also you need to turn a blind eye to all over odd dinks and corner scrapes. We luckily again had bits that were slightly damaged but were in places that wouldn’t bother you too much. Depends how picky you need to be really. If you’re expecting perfect out of the box don’t bother buying this one. We bought two the same so have a good idea of what were feeding back. Build time and difficulty wasn’t too bad at all but were reasonably handy with decent tools. You just need to take your time don’t try and rush. Also buy some wood glue the pouch they give you isn’t enough and the parts are a bit wobbly put together so glue on dowels is a must to help. Also we screwed the top underside of the draws and end shelves to the bed frame so you can’t see the screws but firms things up and stops these items moving about. Draw in and out mech is poor you’ll need to teach the nippers to open by pulling both handles equally or the draw snags.
    Delivery and helpfulness of customer service was farcical. Missed delivery as planned then showed an 11pm delivery so we stopped up waiting then the van went back to the depot at 10pm then it showed an am delivery on the tracker but the van was in London 100 miles away, loads of calls to them that day and next. Customer service wouldn’t call dispatch said they can’t. How many days do you take off work when they operate this way. Extremely bizarre on that side.
    Conclusion.
    White = Cream ????
    Out of the box = generally ok but you’ll have some minor damage here and there.
    Build time and difficulty = not too bad quite enjoyed building them. Instructions are fine.
    Are we happy = for two younger boys who will no doubt dink them and play hard around them they are fine for the money.
    Quality = 6/10
