    Honestly the worst piece of furniture I have ever bought and I’ve had beds for the kids half of the price I paid for this which were much better quality. This is an expensive piece of rubbish. A whole pack of screws were missing, Every single panel has a defect of some sort (cosmetic) it looks like places have been touched up with paint. This bed won’t last very long. This was a big spend for myself and I’m so disappointed, the customer service from dunelm has further put me off ever ordering from here again. I was offered 15 percent discount on this after complaining but I had to pay for a professional to come and build this ( and his wasted time after complaining to dunelm as boxes arrived damaged) I also had to buy the missing screws. The alternative was me to dismantle the bed and box it all up which I couldn’t do myself. Then I could have returned the whole bed. I don’t recommend this bed at all.

    This bed was extremely disappointing once constructed, I feel it is of relative poor quality and will be unlikely to last very long. If it wasnt so big and took so long to build it would of been sent back

    Looks nice, lots of space, the wardrobe rail is as wide as the bed, so a good amount of hanging space too. Took 8hrs to put together 😩.. we was working in a very tight space ( box room)

    Great service and great product…it’s a 2 man job and quite time consuming but happy with the purchase and dunelm are the company to go with

    Took around 7 to 10 hours for me, alone to build, a couple chips but both were user error, accidentally skipped putting the white pole on and didnt feel like taking a bit off to do that so the screw chipped it whole i was screwing it in, and another chip was bc i tried to force a board in but the damage wasnt so bad that it structurally impacted the bed, really somple instructions, the only way to go wrong is user error. Little brother is extremely happy with it

    It looks great, it’s got plenty of storage, but it’s very unstable and wobbly, so I worry a lot.
    Reviews are right, it took 8 hours to build and the instructions are very clear!

    Really difficult to put together its in a million piece’s however it is good quality the amount of storage is really good my daughter loves it .

    took a flat pack man 4.5 hours to build is very inticate and has lots of bits, good product my daughter loves it , can feel a little shaky when she turns but nothing major.. is bigger than the picture looks
