1 lb ground beef (80/20)
6 slices bacon
4 cheese slices
4 burger buns
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, sauces
Butter for toasting buns
Form patties and season.
Cook bacon until crispy; reserve fat.
Cook burgers 3–4 minutes per side; add cheese last minute.
Toast buns with butter.
Assemble burgers with desired toppings and serve hot.
