6–8 fresh jalapenos, stems removed (seeds optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Sauté garlic in oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add jalapenos, honey, sugar, vinegar, and water. Simmer 10-12 mins.
Blend until smooth. Adjust salt and sweetness.
Cool and store.
Remove seeds to reduce heat.
Can be used as a glaze, dip, or sandwich spread.
Keeps 3-4 weeks in fridge.
