8 oz feta cheese
2 oz cream cheese or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 baguette, sliced
Hot honey, for drizzling
Optional: herbs, nuts, lemon zest
Preheat oven to 375°F. Toast baguette slices with olive oil until golden.
Whip feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and pepper until smooth.
Spread feta on crostini. Drizzle with hot honey.
Add optional toppings and serve immediately.
