2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet.
Roll dough into balls, press in sprinkles, place 2 inches apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire rack.
