Spicy Mexican Donkey Balls

Spicy Mexican Donkey Balls are flavorful Mexican-style meatballs made with chili powder, cumin, jalapeño, garlic, and a smoky chipotle sauce. Perfect as appetizers or dinner.

Ingredients

Ground beef or pork
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Onion
Garlic
Chili powder
Cumin
Smoked paprika
Jalapeño
Cilantro
Tomato sauce
Chipotle in adobo
Lime juice

Instructions

Mix meatball ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes. Simmer sauce in pan. Coat meatballs in sauce. Bake 5 more minutes if desired. Serve warm.
