• 16 small mozzarella balls
• 8 slices prosciutto, cut into strips
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Optional: chili flakes, basil, pesto, balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Dry mozzarella with paper towels.
Cut prosciutto into 1-inch strips.
Wrap each mozzarella ball tightly.
Place on parchment-lined sheet.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning.
Bake 8–10 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and cheese is soft.
Cool 2 minutes and serve.
