Pecan Pie Dump Cake

A simple, gooey, buttery dessert that tastes like pecan pie and cake combined. Easy to make and great for holidays or everyday cravings.

Ingredients

• Yellow cake mix
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup corn syrup
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup melted butter
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• Optional spices: cinnamon, nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • Mix eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and melted butter. Add pecans.

  • Pour filling into dish.

  • Sprinkle cake mix on top.

  • Pour melted butter over the cake mix.

  • Bake 45–55 minutes until golden.

  • Cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream. Add chocolate chips for variation.
