  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.

  • Shape into a loaf and place in pan.

  • Brush top with ketchup-honey glaze.

  • Bake 40–45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Rest 5–10 minutes, slice, and serve.
