1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
6 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, diced tomatoes, cilantro
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
Brown beef; drain fat. Add seasoning and water, simmer 3–5 minutes.
Place tortillas in dish; spoon beef mixture into each. Fold tacos.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake covered 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 minutes.
Garnish and serve immediately.
