1 lb ground beef

28 oz crushed tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
8 oz lasagna noodles, broken
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Fresh basil for garnish
Brown meat in olive oil; drain fat.
Add onion and garlic; cook until fragrant.
Stir in tomatoes, broth, and seasonings; bring to boil.
Add noodles; simmer until tender.
Mix in ricotta; sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
