Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts Recipe – Sweet, Savory, and Perfectly Crispy

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (plus 1 tbsp extra for glazing)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: chopped pecans, balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, bacon, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread on baking sheet and roast 20 minutes, stirring halfway.

  4. Drizzle with extra maple syrup and serve.

Notes

Roast at high heat for caramelized edges. Serve immediately for best texture.
