1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1–2 habanero peppers, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
Blend mango, habanero, garlic, honey, vinegar, and salt until smooth.
Pour into saucepan, simmer over medium heat 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Taste and adjust sweetness, spice, or acidity.
Cool slightly and store in an airtight jar.
