Keto Garlic Shrimp Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, Gruyère, or mix)

  • Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F; grease baking dish.

  2. Sauté garlic in butter, then cook shrimp until pink. Set aside.

  3. Stir cream cheese and heavy cream in pan until smooth. Add ½ cup cheese and seasonings.

  4. Pour sauce into dish, add shrimp, top with remaining cheese and paprika.

  5. Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish and serve.
