1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, Gruyère, or mix)
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F; grease baking dish.
Sauté garlic in butter, then cook shrimp until pink. Set aside.
Stir cream cheese and heavy cream in pan until smooth. Add ½ cup cheese and seasonings.
Pour sauce into dish, add shrimp, top with remaining cheese and paprika.
Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish and serve.
