4 low-carb tortillas
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Optional: pork rinds or low-carb tortilla chips for extra crunch
Cook beef with taco seasoning until browned.
Assemble tortilla with meat, cheese, veggies, and sauce.
Fold edges to seal.
Cook in a skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately.
Substitute chicken or turkey for beef.
Make ahead and refrigerate for later.
Reheat in skillet for best texture.
