2 lbs beef stew meat
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice, for serving
Optional: Brown beef in a skillet.
Add beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, broth, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Stir in cream cheese and sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
Serve over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
