Keto Crockpot Beef Stroganoff: Creamy, Easy, and Low-Carb Comfort Food

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice, for serving

Instructions

  • Optional: Brown beef in a skillet.

  • Add beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, broth, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to slow cooker.

  • Cook on low for 4 hours.

  • Stir in cream cheese and sour cream 30 minutes before serving.

  • Serve over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
