Italian Grinder Chicken Salad: A Fresh Twist on a Classic Deli Favorite

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 3 cups mixed greens

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, diced (optional)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
