4 oz goat cheese, softened
3 tbsp fig jam
2 tbsp toasted pecans
1 tsp honey (optional)
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Toast pecans over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Whip goat cheese in a bowl until smooth.
Spoon fig jam over goat cheese and swirl lightly.
Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
Drizzle with honey and garnish with herbs. Serve immediately.
