10–12 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter (or plant-based)
½ cup cream (or almond milk)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: ¼ teaspoon paprika, chili flakes, or fresh herbs
Heat oil in skillet, sauté garlic until golden, 8–10 minutes.
Add butter and cream, stir until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Simmer 3–5 minutes until creamy.

Blend for extra smooth sauce.
