Easy Dump And Bake Chicken Tzatziki Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 1 cup long-grain rice

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley

  • Optional: feta cheese, extra tzatziki

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease baking dish.

  • Mix rice, chicken broth, tzatziki, garlic, oil, and herbs in dish.

  • Place chicken on top, season with salt and pepper.

  • Cover and bake 35 minutes. Check chicken reaches 165°F.

  • Optional: top with cheese or extra tzatziki. Bake 5–10 minutes uncovered.

  • Garnish and serve hot.
