Easy Chicken and Spinach Casserole: A Comforting Family Favorite

  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

  • Cook and shred chicken.

  • Sauté onion and garlic; add spinach until wilted.

  • Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, and shredded cheese.

  • Mix chicken into sauce; pour into dish.

  • Top with cheese and breadcrumbs.

  • Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
