6 cups gluten-free cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter (or alternative)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Optional: holiday sprinkles
Melt chocolate and peanut butter, stir in vanilla.
Pour over cereal and gently mix until coated.
Add powdered sugar in a zip-top bag and shake.
Spread on parchment, add sprinkles, and let cool.
Serve and enjoy!
