Easy and Festive Gluten Free Reindeer Chow

Ingredients

  • 6 cups gluten-free cereal

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or alternative)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • Optional: holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate and peanut butter, stir in vanilla.

  • Pour over cereal and gently mix until coated.

  • Add powdered sugar in a zip-top bag and shake.

  • Spread on parchment, add sprinkles, and let cool.

  • Serve and enjoy!
