1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup pasta (ditalini or orzo)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan, freshly grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Sauté chicken until lightly browned; remove.
Sauté onion and garlic in same pot.
Add chicken broth, pasta, and chicken; simmer 10–12 minutes.
Stir in cream and parmesan; simmer 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
