Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup: A Cozy Comfort in a Bowl

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup pasta (ditalini or orzo)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Sauté chicken until lightly browned; remove.

  • Sauté onion and garlic in same pot.

  • Add chicken broth, pasta, and chicken; simmer 10–12 minutes.

  • Stir in cream and parmesan; simmer 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
