Cranberry Pepper Jelly Pinwheels

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp cranberry jelly
3 tbsp pepper jelly
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: fresh thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Spread cream cheese on puff pastry.

  • Add cranberry jelly and pepper jelly.

  • Roll tightly and freeze for 15 minutes.

  • Slice into pinwheels.

  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

Notes

Freeze the roll for cleaner slicing.
Serve warm or room temperature.
