1 sheet puff pastry
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp cranberry jelly
3 tbsp pepper jelly
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: fresh thyme
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread cream cheese on puff pastry.
Add cranberry jelly and pepper jelly.
Roll tightly and freeze for 15 minutes.
Slice into pinwheels.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
Freeze the roll for cleaner slicing.
Serve warm or room temperature.
