8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup additional cranberries for coating
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.
Stir in cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll in chopped pecans and cranberries.
Garnish and serve with crackers, crostini, or veggies.
