Cranberry Pecan Holiday Cheese Ball: Festive, Creamy, and Crowd-Pleasing

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

  • 1/4 cup additional cranberries for coating

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.

  • Stir in cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • Roll in chopped pecans and cranberries.

  • Garnish and serve with crackers, crostini, or veggies.
