1 pound ground beef (80/20)
6 slider buns
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
Optional: pickles, jalapeños
Form patties, season with salt and pepper.
Caramelize onions in butter for 15–20 minutes.
Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, melt cheese.
Toast buns with butter at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
Assemble: bun, patty with cheese, onions, BBQ sauce, toppings. Serve immediately.
