  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)

  • 6 slider buns

  • 6 slices cheddar cheese

  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce

  • Optional: pickles, jalapeños

Instructions

  • Form patties, season with salt and pepper.

  • Caramelize onions in butter for 15–20 minutes.

  • Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, melt cheese.

  • Toast buns with butter at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.

  • Assemble: bun, patty with cheese, onions, BBQ sauce, toppings. Serve immediately.
