500g mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1 tsp fresh thyme or parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté onion for 2-3 min, then garlic for 30 sec.
Add mushrooms, cook 8-10 min until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Cook 1-2 more min.
Serve warm.
