2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp yogurt
¼ cup water
½ cup cottage cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp melted butter/ghee
Optional: chopped cilantro
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, yogurt, and water into a soft dough. Rest 20 min.
Mash cottage cheese, garlic, salt, and cilantro for filling.
Divide dough, stuff with filling, seal, and roll gently.
Cook in medium skillet 2-3 min per side until golden. Brush with butter.
Serve warm.
Keep naan soft by covering with a towel after cooking.
