2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
4 small bread bowls
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: spinach, mushrooms, parsley
Preheat oven to 375°F. Hollow bread bowls, brush with garlic butter, bake 10 minutes.
Cook chicken in skillet, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Melt butter, add garlic, cook 1 minute. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer 2-3 min. Add chicken.
Fill bread bowls with mixture, top with mozzarella, bake 10-15 min.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.580
