Bourbon Maple Glazed Boneless Turkey Breast

  • 23 lbs boneless turkey breast

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp bourbon

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Whisk maple syrup, bourbon, mustard, and seasonings.

  3. Pat turkey dry, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper.

  4. Roast 25 minutes, baste with half glaze, roast 15-20 minutes more, baste again.

  5. Ensure internal temp is 165°F, rest 10 minutes, slice, serve.

Notes

  • Baste frequently for best glaze.

  • Use chicken breast for smaller portions.

  • Add fresh herbs or smoked paprika for variation.
