Baked Feta Eggs Recipe: Creamy, Flavor-Packed Breakfast in 25 Minutes

  • 200g feta cheese

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or thyme)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Toss cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in baking dish.

  3. Place feta block in the center, drizzle with olive oil. Bake 8 mins.

  4. Crack eggs around feta, bake 7–10 mins until whites set.

  5. Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Let eggs rest 1–2 mins before serving. Serve with toast or salad.
