  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

  • 8 slices bacon, cut in half

  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Bundle 5-6 green beans, season, and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.

  3. Bake 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until bacon is crisp.

  4. Serve warm, optionally topped with Parmesan or balsamic glaze.
