1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
8 slices bacon, cut in half
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bundle 5-6 green beans, season, and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Bake 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until bacon is crisp.
Serve warm, optionally topped with Parmesan or balsamic glaze.
Don’t overcrowd the pan.
Assemble ahead and refrigerate if needed.
