4 large eggs
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
2 tbsp sugar (or honey/brown sugar)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
Optional chili flakes, sesame seeds, green onions
Boil eggs 7-9 minutes, then ice bath.
Peel eggs under running water.
Mix soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, chili.
Marinate eggs 2 hours or overnight.
Serve sliced, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
